LSG vs PBKS: LSG is deemed as the worst performer at the Mega Auction. And that can be seen why. They were clueless throughout the game. So what exactly happened. Let’s see.
LSG vs PBKS
Punjab Kings showed their dominance from the very first over by sending Mitchell Marsh back to the Pavilion. Markram – Pooran duo didn’t last long as Markram fell for Ferguson’s pace. Captain Pant’s woes continued as he also fell to Maxwell’s spin scoring just 2 runs. All this happened within the first 5 overs of the game. Pooran single handedly pulled the team out of the mud but could not hold it for very long. He got out for 44 when the team was struggling with just 89 runs of 11 overs. Miller’s slow innings did not help the team either. Until Badoni and Abdul Samad teamed up to smash the Punjab bowlers. Though both got out in the final over, they helped LSG to reach 171 runs in 20 Overs. Arshdeep got 3 wickets but gave away 43 runs.. 172 is not an easy target but it isn’t Impossible. Prabhsimran and Priyansh Arya gave PBKS a good start. But the duo did not last very long as Arya fell to Rathi’s magic. Then came Shreyas to team up with Prabhsimran Singh. Both started smashing LSG’s bowlers all around the stadium. Avesh, Shardul, Bishnoi, Siddarth and no one can stop them both. Every ball went for runs. There were hardly any trees. Rathi got his second victim in Prabhsimran but it was too little too late. PBKS were 110-2 in 10 overs. Prabhsimran scored an astonishing 69 off just 34 deliveries. Then came Nehal Wadera to team up with Shreyas. Both played a quick and responsible innings to take the team to victory. PBKS reached the target in just 16.2 overs. Shreyas and Nehal were both unbeaten at 52 and 43, respectively.

PBKS looks strong and are marching towards the playoffs, meanwhile LSG is still trying to figure out a decent playing 11
