BiGG Sports NEWS Ends 2025 with Landmark Collaborations and Growing Sports Media Footprint
Chennai: BiGG Sports NEWS has closed the 2025 calendar year with a series of defining milestones that firmly establish the platform as one of Tamil Nadu’s fastest-growing digital sports media brands.
Over the last 9 months, the organisation recorded 10.3 million+ digital impressions, strengthened its multi-platform reach through Dailyhunt, and delivered consistent coverage across cricket, Tennis, football, hockey, motorsport, watersports and combat sports. The year also marked BiGG Sports NEWS’s transition from a news publisher into an integrated sports media house with production and live streaming capabilities and original IP creation.
A major highlight of the year was BiGG MiC’s association as Production Partner for Red Bull Vallam Vali and Red Bull Moto Jam, two of India’s most high-impact action sports properties.
The collaborations positioned the BiGG ecosystem at the heart of premium live sports production, delivering multi-camera coverage and pioneering in multi-platform streaming opportunities, and real-time storytelling from the field — a significant step forward for a home-grown Tamil Nadu media network.
In parallel, BiGG Sports NEWS launched its first in-house intellectual property, Fight Society, at VR Chennai. The event blended influencer MMA bouts, live MMA and Judo demonstrations and immersive fan engagement with top Instagram influencers, drawing thousands of on-ground spectators while generating millions of digital impressions across platforms.
The success of Fight Society underlined the platform’s capability to conceptualise, produce and market original sports experiences.
In endurance sports, the BiGG ecosystem also played a pivotal creative role in 2025 by delivering end-to-end production support for some of Chennai’s most prestigious events. Through BiGG MiC, the team handled logo and event-revealing video and trophy and medal design for Ironman 5150 Chennai, Iron Kids, and Duyoska, ensuring that every athlete’s journey was captured with cinematic storytelling and every podium moment was backed by premium visual identity.

The award marked BiGG Sports NEWS’s first major international media recognition, reinforcing its growing credibility beyond regional boundaries and positioning the Chennai-based platform on the Asia-Pacific sports media map.
